Off To Kentucky

Start off the new year with a trip to one of my favorite places

I'm off to Kentucky tomorrow, so the slow posts will continue until I get back. Until then, you can look forward to seeing our finished product, which we manufactured last week. Trust me, they look and taste awesome! All we need now are our labels...

My girlfriend is in Lexington visiting her family right now--I've been so lucky to have been introduced to her home and the surrounding area. From the people to the beautiful scenery, the food to the drink, the hospitality, and of course being able to visit her, I've thoroughly enjoyed my time in Kentucky. I can't wait for this trip in particular. Not only has it been far too long since I've seen my girlfriend, but we also get to visit the Bourbon Trail all around Lexington and the fantastic distilleries Kentucky has to offer. So far I've only been to Woodford Reserve, but was thoroughly impressed and can't wait to go back some day, maybe even this trip!

As I said, there's far more to Kentucky than booze, and I can't wait for all of it. While I'm sad to leave Brooklyn behind for a few days, there's no better place to go than Kentucky, because Kentucky kicks ass!
